The Irish Wolfhound Health Group is undertaking a survey into the incidence of liver shunt, epilepsy and progressive retinal atrophy in the UK wolfhound population.
If you have or have had, however long ago, an Irish wolfhound diagnosed with any of these conditions, please take a little time to complete the form below giving us as much information as you can.
